Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup washed fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 bunch mint and parsley
- ½ cup of lukewarm water
Preparation:
Peel the avocado and chop into small pieces. Wash spinach, parsley and mint and dry well. In a blender place the greens and add apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic and mix everything well. At the end, in the drink mix a spoonful of honey and grated ginger. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and after every meal.
