Recipe 1
Ingredients:
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of black tea
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of curry (turmeric powder)
First boil the water, then add all the groceries except yogurt. Once the water has cooled, strain it and mix the rest with the remaining yogurt. The magic drink is supposed to be taken as a substitute for dinner at the end of the day. After that, you should not eat anything and have to drink water only.
Recipe 2
Ingredients:
- 80 ml water
- 170 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of curry (turmeric powder)
Add the curry, ginger and cinnamon to boiling water, then add the milk and mix everything until it becomes a homogeneous mixture and drink it before bedtime.
Curry may not be consumed during pregnancy, or in the presence of hepatitis or problems with the digestive system and kidneys.

do you use fresh ground up spices or can you buy the ones at the grocer that are in ground up form already.
