Smoothie of yoghurt, chocolate and raspberries

  • Half a cup of almond or soy milk (can be with or without milk)
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup grated chocolate
  • 1 handful of ice
  • A few drops of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Place the blender with milk (if you use it), yogurt, vanilla, chocolate and fresh raspberries and add ice. Mix the ingredients for 1 min.
  2. Pour the drink into a glass and enjoy in thick, refreshing meal.
