Smoothie of yoghurt, chocolate and raspberries
ingredients
- Half a cup of almond or soy milk (can be with or without milk)
- 1 yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- ¼ cup grated chocolate
- 1 handful of ice
- A few drops of vanilla extract
Preparation
- Place the blender with milk (if you use it), yogurt, vanilla, chocolate and fresh raspberries and add ice. Mix the ingredients for 1 min.
- Pour the drink into a glass and enjoy in thick, refreshing meal.
