Ingredients :
- One and a half cup of water
- One clove of chopped lettuce
- Three to four celery stalks
- 300 g spinach
- One peeled and chopped apple
- One peeled and chopped pear
- One banana
Optional:
- Fresh coriander (leaves and stems)
- Parsley
What is “one clove of chopped lettuce”? Is that supposed to be garlic?

Ingredients:
2 cups of water
6 cups of chopped spinach
5 cups of chopped lettuce
2 celery
1 apple
1 pear
1 banana
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preparation:
Pour the water add spinach and lettuce in a blender.Blend it on a minimum speed and stir until you make an equal mass.Gradually increase the speed and add the remaining ingredients.In the end add banana and lemon juice.
