Half a cup of almond or soy milk (can be with or without milk)Ingredients:
- 1 yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- ¼ cup grated chocolate
- 1 handful of ice
- A few drops of vanilla extract
Preparation:
In a blender put milk (if using), yogurt, vanilla, chocolate and fresh raspberries and add ice. Mix about one minute.
