However, the odor can be prevented with fragrant and pleasant baths that can be easily prepared. And what’s best they are good for your feet.
Rosemary and sage bath
You will need:
- A tablespoon of dried rosemary, and half a teaspoon of dried sage
Fill the basin with hot water to which you add the plants. Allow it to cool a little and soak your feet twice a day for half an hour.
Lemon and soda bath
You will need:
- A quarter cup of baking soda, eight cups of water, juice of one lemon.
Combine all ingredients with warm water and soak you feet in, for 15 - 20 minutes.
