Ingredients:
The cream has three main ingredients and 4 different oils in different quantities. The ingredients are as follows:
- Calendula herbal oil (1 ounce)
- Seabuckthorn oil (1 ounce)
- Raw Shea Butter - (4 ounces - Unrefined)
- Frankincense essential oil (10 drops)
- Carrot seed essential oil (15 drops)
- Patchouli essential oil (20 drops)
- Blue chamomile essential oil (30 drops)
Some people have an allergy to ragwood, in that case Spikenard essential oil can be used.
Preparation: Mix all ingredients including the oils in a stainless steel or a glass bowl. Do not use heat. Use a hand mixer to mix it properly and thoroughly. Put the mixture in a jar and store in a cool and dark place. Make sure to use clean utensils, bowls etc for making the cream to avoid bacterial growth.
How to Apply: After bath, towel wet the skin and apply the cream generously to the skin. The cream should also be applied whenever there is a need of relief. Make sure the skin is clean and dry before applying.
